Completes the public Strings series and/or IQ Suite modules. No account, no gate — anyone can start.

Certified instructor. Signed the boundary oath, ran a supervised session, carries a verifiable credential and a teaching kit.

Regional lead. Verifies supervised sessions, signs off on credentials, files aggregate field reports.

Step 3 — The Boundary Oath PENDING

THE LAMPLIGHTER BOUNDARY OATH

Defensive. I will teach these tools as a shield, never a sword — not to attack, discredit, or target a person, group, or party.
Nonpartisan. I will name techniques, never sides. I will not use this material to advance a candidate, campaign, or party.
Consent. I will not teach on, record, or report about anyone without their knowledge and agreement to participate.
No surveillance. I will not use these skills to monitor, profile, or build a file on a private individual — in a session or in my community.

I understand a credential issued under this oath can be revoked for a violation of it, logged with actor and timestamp.
Not yet signed. The oath cannot be signed on this candidate's behalf — Lamplighter role required.

Step 4 — Supervised session PENDING

I, the Warden of record, personally observed this session and verify it met the teaching-kit standard.
Sign-off requires the Warden role.

Step 5 — Credential issuance BLOCKED

Hard gate: issuance is disabled until both the boundary oath is signed and the supervised session is Warden-verified.
